Project: Office refurb for one of the countries longest established High Street Chemists
Brief:
- Management of the site and all health and safety
- Flooring Replacement
- Complete Ladies and Gents toilet refurbishment
- Suspended ceiling replacement
- Control of external contractors on site
- Removal of all waste from 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor to basement
Result:
Morholt provided a permanent site manager who coordinated all work on site, this enabled this large store to operate with a minimum of fuss especially as this work was conducted over the busy Christmas period.
The reason we decided to use Morholt on this project was due to their site management experience, what we were pleasantly surprised at was their ability to complete numerous elements of the works themselves, namely, the flooring, suspended ceiling, labouring and elements of the toilet refurbishment. This is a high profile customer and health and safety in relation to external contractors needed to be handled competently, Morholt delivered the project well, being sympathetic to the customers needs over the busy Christmas period."
